Jessica Willoughby, Co-Founder

Jessica is a technology-adjacent operator who translates between technical teams and business strategy - with rare perspective from across the healthcare ecosystem: payers, providers, and health tech companies.

Today, Jessica works with healthcare technology startups as a fractional Chief Operating Officer, helping teams scale and function at critical growth points without the overhead of a full-time executive hire.

Before launching her practice, Jessica served as COO at Kinetik, leading operations for the nation's first digitally integrated healthcare transportation infrastructure. She was a founding employee at Avaneer Health, built around the belief that interoperability is core to meaningful change in healthcare. At Anthem, she led the team that launched an AI-driven symptom and telemedicine app - months before the pandemic - reaching hundreds of thousands of patients and igniting her passion for startups.

Her leadership philosophy: the best solutions come from the people closest to the problem. Jessica is an active member of Chief, WBL, and Forbes Business Council. She is committed to mentoring emerging leaders and building systems that empower people.

Tom is an operator who builds the foundations that let organizations grow with confidence - aligning teams, connecting systems, and designing the processes that make scaling feel intentional rather than chaotic.

His sweet spot is where people and process meet. From executive strategy to warehouse-floor execution, Tom has led it all: hiring and building high-performing teams, shaping cultures that retain talent, and engineering the workflows that help everyone do their best work. He's the person leaders bring in when they want to get it right the first time.

Tom launched W Consulting because health tech companies deserve operational support that matches their ambition. They have the product and the mission. He makes sure the people and the backend are ready to keep up.
